From the information available:
Tamiya have modeled a heavy recovery truck based on a Volvo FH16. The truck has twin steer and twin rear drive axles. The cab is modelled seperately and it may therefore be possible to model a different manufacturers cab.

The underlift can be manually operated whilst the lift element can be controlled by a Tamiya RC Tow truck actuator set ( 56553) which looks similar to the one used on the tipper. Based on that we can infer that it can be operated via an mfu, direct from a receiver or via a manual switch. It will probably also have the limit switches and overcurrent sensing that the tipper mechanism has
